Hire Express are thrilled to support The Sydney Hookers' float entrance for this year's Mardi Gras Parade, the biggest event of the Sydney WorldPride festival 2023.
In its 45th year, The Parade showcases the LGBTQIA+ community and their strive for equality, showcasing this year's theme, Gather, Dream, Amplify. The Parade will host 12,500 marchers and 200+ floats making their way down Oxford Street for the first time since 2020, including The Sydney Hookers, Australia's first and only LGBTQI+ Boxing club.
"I reached out to Hire Express for some urgent equipment for our Float. The team at Botany have been helpful in assisting us with equipment and building suggestions to bring our float to life" Shaun Jacobs, Boxer and Boxing Coach at The Sydney Hookers.
The Sydney Hookers will be participating in the Parade and have an exciting float design to showcase the business' exceptional value proposition and community spirit.
"The Hire Express vision is to make hire more accessible for when you want it, so when Shaun called with an urgent deadline, we made it happen. We're Proud to be a part of such an inclusive event, especially one in our local community". Patryk Stepniak, Hire Express Botany Manager.
