The fantastic Australian not for profit provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.

Having long held the view that business is an integral part of the community and as such should become directly involved with worthy causes that resonate with their main customer demographic, Hireexpress looked at associating with a charity that met key criteria.

Being an equipment hire company, our main customer base are tradies, largely represented by middle aged males who are unfortunately also the group at highest risk of suicide. This concerning statistic, and having witnessed the generous work and professionalism that Peter Fehon applies to the Beyond Bitumen Rally, gave our team at Hire Express some comfort that this would be a good fit for us and offer an opportunity to give something back.

The rally itself is a light hearted event, always held in generous spirit and high camaraderie, supporting such a serious issue, so it was an easy decision to get more directly involved.

I am proud to be associated with the Beyond Bitumen rally and to be sharing the experience with such a fantastic group of people, all trying to improve outcomes for others.
